1.2 網頁上列載的商品如因缺貨而未能及時更新，敬請原諒。關於商品資料及屆時價格、最新優惠和實際存貨情況，可向店舖查詢。
1.3 閣下訂購時須依照本公司在網頁列明的要求，提供完整和最新的資料包括但不限於閣下的姓名、電話號碼、電郵地址、送貨地址、收貨人等。
1.4 除其他使用條款另有規定外，閣下於網站訂購貨品或確認訂單及完成付款後，閣下不能再取消或變更有關訂單資料。

2. 付款方式
2.1 我們使用第三方支付平台進行網上交易，受其條款及細則所限，閣下的信用卡資料將會被第三方支付平台收集、處理或保留。
2.2 由於此等付款方法是由其他第三方提供，因此本公司不會對其承擔任何責任。你同意受到此其他第三方的任何規則所約束，並對所有由其收取的費用負責。
3. 送貨服務
3.1 除非閣下選擇到本公司取貨，否則訂購貨品一律以順豐速運(以下簡稱「順豐」)發貨，運費到付並且不會反映於訂單上，有關運費可瀏覽順豐官網作參考。
3.2 人台類別產品不設送貨，需自行到門市取貨。
4. 退換貨政策
4.1 所有商品不設退款
4.2 除品質問題外，所有商品均不設退換貨服務。
4.3 如因品質問題需要退換商品，請提供相關購物憑證。
4.4 所有因品質問題需要退換的商品，請確認退貨商品：

4.5 如你的訂單內包含贈品，而訂單於退貨後未符合禮品贈送之消費要求，退貨時務必把贈品一併寄回。如你未將贈品退回，退款時我們將會扣除該贈品的零售價值。贈品及換購品不設退換。
5. 取消訂單
5.1 如訂單已確認，即代表訂單已不能取消或作任何更改。
5.2 本公司須盡合理努力確保網頁上載列的商品提供存貨供應，如任何商品因缺貨而未能提供予顧客，本公司會聯絡客人嘗試以類近的商品代替。否則，該商品會在閣下的訂單上刪除，訂單將會作出相應的調整。
5.3 所有訂單須視乎相關商品的供應情況再作最後確認。若本公司未能提供任何已訂購之產品或服務，本公司有權拒絕接受該訂單。倘若本公司無法提供閣下訂單上的任何商品或服務，本公司會於安排送貨前透過電話或電郵通知閣下。
5.4 所有推廣產品、贈品及換購貨品供應數量有限，售/送/換完即止。如此等商品缺貨，恕不提供替代貨品及不作另行通知。

1. Order
1.1 Product photos shown here are for reference only. Size and color etc. are approximate only.
1.2 Please accept our apologies if products listed on this site are not updated due to out of stock. Please contact our stores for product details, prevailing price, the latest offer, and product availability.
1.3 You should provide complete and updated information including without limitation about your name, contact number, email address, delivery address, and receiver name, etc.
1.4 Subject to the terms here below, changes, cancellation, refund, and/or exchange by you is not allowed upon placing the order and payment has been made.

2. Payment Method
2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of our appointed third-party payment platforms, your credit card information will be collected, processed, or retained by the third-party payment platforms.
2.2 As such payment methods are provided by the third party, UPD accepts no liability in relation to the same. You agree to be bound by any rules of such third party and are responsible for all fees charged by the same.
3. Delivery Service
3.1 Unless you choose to pick up the ordered product(s) at UPD, the ordered product(s) will be delivered to your designated address by SF Express ('SF') and you shall be responsible for the delivery fee and settle the payment upon collecting the products. Please note that the delivery fee is not reflected on the order. For information about the delivery fee, please refer to SF website.
3.2 Please note that there is no delivery service available for the dress form(s) and should be picked up at Rm33, 5/F Cosmopolitan Centre, 760 Nathan Road, KLN, Hong Kong.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
4.1 All goods sold are non-refundable.
4.2 Unless there is product quality problem, all products are not allowed return/exchange.
4.3 If you need to return the product(s) due to quality problem, please provide the relevant receipt/proof of purchase.
4.4 Please make sure that the product(s) for returning due to quality problem is in a condition that

4.5 If there is any free gift in the order and you cannot fulfill the original order requirements of receiving free gift after making returns, it must be sent together with the order for the return and refund process. If the free gift is not returned, the retail amount of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount. No refund or exchange for free gift and redemption items.
5. Order Cancellation
5.1 Order cannot be changed or canceled once it is placed.
5.2 We will use all reasonable commercial endeavors to ensure the supplies of products listed on the site. If any product cannot be provided to customers since it is out of stock, we will contact the customer and try to replace by similar products. Otherwise, the product will be deleted from the order and the bill will be adjusted accordingly.
5.3 All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the stocks of related products. If we cannot provide any of the ordered products or services, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If we cannot provide any of the ordered products, we will contact you through phone call or email before arranging delivery.
5.4 The quantity of all promotional items, gifts, and redemption items are limited. We will end the promotion or redemption once the item is out of stock. If any of these items are out of stock, there will be no replacement and no further notice.
